Dylan is a senior researcher at the Revolving Door Project. She has managed RDP’s Economic Media Project, which focuses on pro-corporate influence in the media’s economic discourse, since leading its launch campaign in 2022. She has broad expertise on the media ecosystem, corporate enforcement, economic regulation, and political influence campaigns. She previously led RDP’s transportation portfolio, with a focus on the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, and Federal Maritime Commission.
Dylan holds an M.S. in labor studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a B.A. in economics from Bates College. Prior to RDP, Dylan worked on research projects focusing on teaching the history of migration in Maine schools and the unemployment effects of Covid-19, in early childhood education, and completed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s Financial Management Scholar program.
Her writing has been published in a wide range of outlets, including The Hill, The American Prospect, The Nation, The New Republic, Washington Monthly, and The Intercept. Dylan has also been quoted or had her work cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Semafor, and elsewhere.
