Toni Aguilar Rosenthal is a Program Director at the Revolving Door Project. Toni holds a BA in American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis where she was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow. Toni co-leads RDP’s climate and environment work, is RDP’s lead on states-level oversight, and also works on RDP’s governance team on issues related to the Vacancies Act, administrative law, Independent Agencies oversight, contracting oversight, Department of the Interior oversight, and Department of Defense oversight.
