On October 12, the HuffPost reported on the Revolving Door Project’s letter to Ranking Member of the House Antitrust Subcommittee Lou Correa. In the letter, Revolving Door Project noted that in a hearing several weeks ago, Correa questioned Attorney General Garland about the EU Digital Markets act and painted activity in this area as unfair efforts to “target” American tech firms. Additionally, Correa’s Chief of Staff, René Muñoz, lobbied for Apple and Amazon before joining his office last year.

The Revolving Door Project’s letter to Correa castigated him for being out of step with the Biden Admin trust busters and called for measures that would reveal and fend off further influence from Big Tech in Correa’s office.
