Fletcher Calcagno (he/him) is a Research Intern at the Revolving Door Project. He holds an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago and a BA in Asian Studies from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. His main research interest is in how tech firms influence decision making in the executive and legislative branches. Previously, Fletcher has worked as a teacher in the Chicago City Colleges system and for multiple remote education companies. As an academic, he has also conducted historical research on US foreign policy in East Asia and the institutionalization of American social science.
