In researching the Department of Justice Civil Division’s statement of interest in the patent infringement case regarding Moderna’s Covid-19 vaccine, the Revolving Door Project failed to ask the DOJ for comment on Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney Brian Boynton’s involvement in the matter. As a result, our article did not reflect the fact that Boynton did in fact recuse himself from the matter.
